Single Sign-On (SSO)
With various web pages across Ellen Digital, we wanted a way for users to easily access the digital ecosystem with one singular sign-on process. Using a thorough UX and wire-framing process, we audited the site to make sure we accounted for the new user flows and for existing users with already established accounts on the platform.

After our primary flows completed technical and stakeholder reviews, we began to flesh out the visual pieces of how we can make this Ellen branded. Ultimately, this SSO platform could scaled for other Warner Bros. properties.
Despite the many technical and UX considerations from a data and backend perspective, we were able to create frictionless dynamic sign-in process that detected if a user needed to merge their account (Welcome Back) or continue their sign-up process — something that happens in real-time for the user.
